This cushion is from the new Galloway Collection.
I took inspiration from the beautiful Galloway Hills and their proximity to the Solway Firth. The dramatic colours that come with the wild weather changes that sweep in from the Solway Firth and Irish Sea. The banding on the cushion is in recognition to the unique breeds of Belted Galloway Cattle and Pig found in the area.
This cushion is from the new Staffa Collection.
I took inspiration from a trip in a small boat to the tiny Island of Staffa west of the Isle of Mull. The island is home in the early summer to breeding pairs of Puffins. It is more famous as the place to find Finagal's Cave with its amazing geological rock formations within the cave and the surrounding spectacular cliffs. Well worth a scramble around.
These two cushions are from the new Rum Collection.
I took inspiration from my trip to visit my Geologist daughter while she was living on Rum. The ferry across was dark and rather forboding due to the swell while my return later in the day was warm and calm. The majestic mountains that appear to rise out of the sea into the small island are very impressive.
